Preview — New Amsterdam Season 1 Episode 14: The Foresaken
Get your tissues ready. On New Amsterdam Season 1 Episode 14, “The Foresaken,” Helen finds an abandoned baby who is addicted to opioids.
As she is dealing with fertility issues herself, this is bound to be an emotional case for her. In the promo, we see a hint of that as she wonders aloud, “What if she is the baby I was meant to have?”
Meanwhile, the tables turn on Dean Fulton when he is rushed to New Amsterdam with health issues, and Max learns that the board is talking about replacing him.
We’re guessing that Max goes to bat for Fulton a little bit faster than Fulton did for him in the midseason premiere.
Anything we write about Floyd’s personal issues and progress is pure speculation, but we’re also guessing he takes a step forward with Evie — and we have mixed feelings about that.
