Some of the Med staff face a medical emergency outside of the hospital when a truck crashes through a street fair on Chicago MedSeason 4 Episode 15, “We Hold These Truths,” that will force them into difficult positions when it comes to administering care.
That out on the field emergency not only affects Natalie and Maggie, but also the doctors and nurses back at the hospital as they deal with the wave of patients.

Episode description: After witnessing a pick-up truck plow through a street fair, Natalie and Maggie are forced to make some tough decisions on the fly. The doctors and nurses of Chicago Med find themselves on high alert with the influx of patients arriving in need of aid. Dr. Charles ex-wife comes to town with news.
