There’s a new threat in Star City and they have their eyes set on Oliver and the others on ArrowSeason 7 Episode 13, “Star City Slayer.”
While this Slayer is out on their mission, the Queen-Smoak family spends some time trying to not only adjust to William’s return, but also the secret William revealed to Felicity on Arrow Season 7 Episode 12, “Emerald Archer.” Will Oliver, Felicity, and William be able to find solid ground again?

Episode description: THE TEAM IS TARGETED — Oliver (Stephen Amell) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) are disappointed after they learn that William (guest star Jack Moore) is hiding something from them. Wanting to focus on his family, Oliver steps back from his Green Arrow duties and lets the team take over tracking down a serial killer. However, when the team becomes targets for the killer, things take a bloody turn.
