This Is Us Season 3 Episode 3, “Katie Girls,” moves forward with Kate’s IVF treatment as she undergoes a medical procedure that will surely be the foundation for another eventful Pearson family gathering. But it looks like Kate has a family reunion of her own to deal with during the procedure.
Meanwhile, Rebecca deals with the aftermath of her disastrous first date with Jack.
