Preview — New Amsterdam Season 1 Episode 6: Anthropocene
A mysterious epidemic hits the hospital just in time for an important fundraising gala that Max must attend on New Amsterdam Season 1 Episode 6, “Anthropocene.”
Elsewhere, Iggy has to break some bad news to his daughter, while Doctors Sharpe and Kapoor work together to try and diagnose a father and son experiencing the same symptoms.
And in the least surprising teaser of the series so far, there’s still tension between Bloom and Reynolds.
Episode description: Max takes on his first annual fundraising gala at the hospital and emotions are high as some of the doctors’ families join them for the event. Iggy struggles to break difficult news to his daughter, and Bloom and Reynolds continue to deal with the fallout of their argument. Meanwhile, Kapoor and Dr. Sharpe work together to find out what is making a father and son duo so sick.
