18 Most Romantic Moments from ‘The 100’
The 100 isn’t a show about romance — it’s a show about the survival of humanity at the end of the world.
But The 100 has also made it clear that things like love and hope are essential for not just surviving but truly living, which has allowed the show to bring us some pretty romantic moments.
Here are some of the most romantic moments from The 100 that melt our survivalist-hearts.
18. Lincoln comforts Octavia

At the beginning of The 100 Season 3, Octavia is struggling to feel at home in Arkadia while Lincoln has no home outside their walls.
Their relationship is struggling over her having never felt welcome among Skaikru and him having a kill order if he’s found anywhere but with Skaikru.
But at the end of the day, they don’t belong to anyone but each other, and for now, that’s all they really need. No words are necessary as Lincoln joins Octavia just outside Arkadia’s walls holding her close as they face an uncertain future torn between their two worlds.
17. Bryan turns against Pike to save Miller
Unlike some people (*cough* Finn *cough*) Miller spent 3 months waiting to learn if his boyfriend from space was still alive. Their little reunion was delightful, but when Miller and Bryan end up on opposite sides of a veritable Skaikru civil war, things get a little complicated.
Though Bryan felt an understandable amount of loyalty to Pike, he ultimately chooses love when it comes down to Miller’s safety. We know Bryan kind of disappears after this episode, but this emotional confession is still pretty romantic.
16. Monty and Harper make the most of peacetime

Harper: Are we just supposed to spend the time between attacks dreading the next one?
Monty: It’s not like we have much of a choice.
Harper: Maybe we do.
We’ve got to hand it to Harper because this is some of the best advice we’ve heard on The 100. We can’t dwell in fear and forget to live.
This moment is one of the few bright spots on The 100 Season 4, and it’s easily the cutest beginning of any relationship on the show. Harper comes into this moment with every ounce of happy-nervous hope that a young girl has before she’s about to tell her crush that she likes them.
And Monty brings the soft surprised disbelief of a boy whose crush just said she’s into him. It’s soft and sweet and filled with a playfulness that The 100 could use more of every now and then.
15. Clarke asks Niylah to stay

Clarke and Niylah have never been a couple that makes plans to settle down, and live happily ever after, but that’s part of what makes what they do have really special.
Niylah: I’m not asking for anything more than this moment.
Neither of them comes to their relationship looking for longterm commitment, but they do truly care for one another.
Niylah understands the weight of Clarke’s relationship with Lexa, and the burden that Clarke is always carrying to save humanity; she has complete faith that the mountain slayer can take on anything and win.
Niylah is one of the few characters that Clarke takes comfort from in Season 4 and we love this soft, domestic moment. Clarke can’t guarantee who lives and who dies in Praimfaya, but she asks Niylah to stick around because she definitely wants her to live.
14. Lincoln and Octavia say goodbye

This is definitely one of the most heartbreaking moments on this list, but Lincoln and Octavia’s tender goodbye is such a representation of their relationship and who they are both together and apart. Lincoln is the warrior who just wants peace, and Octavia is the warrior that will fight to the death to get it.
When Lincoln decides to turn himself in to save the innocent Trikru prisoners, Octavia demands to go with him and fight at his side. But Lincoln is done fighting, he chooses the only way that he can save Octavia and his people.
This moment is devastating, and what it does to Octavia, in the long run, is even more gut-wrenching, but it’s filled with a love that will live on forever.
13. Abby takes off her rings

Kane and Abby move easily between discussions of diplomatic strategy and grand gestures of love and they make it look good.
Earlier on The 100 Season 4 Episode 2 “Heavy Lies the Crown,” Kane and Abby share one of the show’s steamiest love scenes, followed by one of the show’s most intimate moments and both easily make honorable mention on this list. In those moments, Abby hesitates before putting her late husband’s wedding ring back on, but Kane accepts her past as part of who she is.
When the end of the world it’s on the way, the last thing you want to do is leave the person you’ve just begun a relationship with, so Abby takes this moment to show Kane that she’s ready to move into the future with him by taking off the mementos of her previous marriage.
It’s a lovely scene and the perfect way for Abby to show Kane how much she loves him before they have to spend most of the next month apart.

So many beautiful moments between all these amazing couples. The Clexa moments especially made me a bit teary-eyed, I miss them.
Thank you, I’m glad you enjoyed the list! And thank you for reading, I miss them too!
For me Kabby is the best couple of the the 100 and the all show Because they have grown up together during all these seasons, they have left behind their differences and have looked after the future of their people, always what they create correct to save the life from the people that love, both do there is crosswise they have known how to look toward the future of his errors, to learn the one of the other one and what’s more import it is both chose to die to save the life from the other one and of his people. And all the moments of this couple are my favorite because in all thous moment they show they love for the other one.
I have a few romantic moments: Finn tells Clarke that everything he did was for her & all that mattered to him was that she was safe, him telling her that he loves her, Clarke crying over Finn’s unconscious body telling him she can’t do this without him, and their final kiss, love you, and him saying thank princess. Also, pretty much any moment between Echo and Bellamy but when they kiss in front of Octavia & Clarke, them cuddling by the fire, their first kiss, & Bellamy saying if Echo leaves then he’s leaving with her. Octavia & Levitt, Hope & Jordan. Clarke tending to Lexa’s wounds after her fight & Clarke drawing Lexa. Murphy and Emori in his mind drive. Finn arranging Raven’s spacewalk.
My favorite scene is when Lexa bowed to Clarke in private swearing to treat her needs as her own and her people as hers. As ruthless as she was… this was the one time she was at her most vulnerable and she didn’t show it to a crowd of ambassadors but just to Clarke. It was like saying: “This is who I am. And you are the one who gets to see me.”
