Preacher returns for a third season this week!

When we left the band of unlikely men, err men and woman, they were dealing with Herr Starr, and Jesse was asked to campaign for The Grail as the Messiah.

Cassidy and Tulip were planning on leaving when things take a turn for the worse like they always do on this show. Cassidy is forced to kill his own sun and Tulip robs a convenience store.

Meanwhile, Eugene aka Arseface and Hitler managed to make a break for it from Hell. It’ll be interesting to see how that plays out this season. Hitler has been an interesting character, much more redemptive than the real deal.

This season will probably tell us if we will get a more realistic route for him or if he will continue to be a better person now that he is out of Hell.

Finally,Preacher Season 2 ended with Jesse, Cassidy, and Tulip getting into some trouble that Tulip may not get out of. However, from the looks of it, Season 3 is going to answer that question right off with Jesse taking her to his grandmother to “bring her back to life.”

Actions like this always have a cost. What will Jesse’s cost be?

Episode description: Jesse gets the one who brought him back alive, to bring back Tulip, and Cassidy doesn’t like this at all. Adolf Hitler finds himself a new life, that causes Arseface to find him.
