The 100 Renewed for Season 6 at The CW
After The 100 hit home runs with the first two episodes of Season 5, The CW has announced that the post-apocalyptic epic has been renewed for Season 6, according to TVLine.
Coming back from an eleven-month hiatus, the future of The 100 had appeared unclear, with fans eagerly awaiting to learn the fate of their favorite adventure squad. Now only two episodes into Season 5, viewers are thrilled at the sudden announcement for renewal.

The 100 Season 5 centers on the battle for the last remaining habitable land on Earth, with the first two episodes receiving its highest numbers since mid-Season 3.
Known for destroying the world of The 100 every few years and starting over, creator and showrunner, Jason Rothenberg has assured audiences that he still has plenty of tricks up his sleeve.
After a rocky third and fourth season, The 100 seems to have finally found it’s sweet spot again with Season 5.

The series stars Eliza Taylor, Bob Morley, Paige Turco, Henry Ian Cusick, Lindsey Morgan, Richard Harmon and Marie Avgerapolous, among several others. Executive producers include Jason Rothenberg, Aaron Ginsburg, Leslie Morgenstein, and Jae Marchant.
