The 100 Season 5 Episode 3 - Sleeping Giants Preview — The 100 Season 5 Episode 3: Sleeping Giants

Preview — The 100 Season 5 Episode 3: Sleeping Giants

Previews, The 100

The 100 has come out swinging for Season 5 and we cannot get enough. “Eden” and “Red Queen” both did an excellent job of establishing who our favorite characters have become over the show’s massive time jump.

“Sleeping Giants” looks to kick off the forward action and maybe even finally bring us some long-awaited reunions!

Written by Aaron Ginsburg and Wade McIntyre, a duo known for some of The 100‘s best and most brutal episodes, and directed by Tim Scalnan “Sleeping Giants” hits the ground running, literally.

Showrunner Jason Rothenburg has teased that The 100 Season 5 Episode 3 “Sleeping Giants” might include some reunions, so it’s safe to say Spacekru might finally be on their way home.

But will they be at all prepared for what they find there? And will they all make it back? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!

Much like “Eden” and “Red Queen” did for Clarke and Octavia, “Sleeping Giants” appears to be Bellamy and Raven’s hero story. Bellamy is the established leader of Spacekru and Raven has clearly been his right hand in that arena. Raven will do whatever it takes to get her friends home safely, and Bellamy will do everything to protect his people and see his sister again.

How will these core goals affect their choices on “Sleeping Giants?”

As badass as Clarke Griffin is, it looks like she might be out of her league when Eligius decides to take over her home. Known for taking on whole armies by herself, it’s not really a question if Clarke can handle herself in the face of this new enemy.

But with new priorities in protecting Madi, it’ll be interesting to see how Clarke approaches Diyoza and McCreary. I doubt killing two of their people already is going to garner her any favors.

Check out the photos and promo video below for a preview!

Episode description: Bellamy (Bob Morley) leads the charge investigating a potential way home. Meanwhile, Clarke (Eliza Taylor) and Madi (guest star Lola Flannery, “Home Again”) deal with the new, uncertain threat to their home.
