Preview — Good Girls Season 1 Episode 5: Taking Care of Business
On Good Girls Season 1 Episode 5, “Taking Care of Business,” Beth, Ruby, and Annie try to solve their problems by getting involved in Rio’s criminal organization. But this time they are doing on their own terms.
The new deal is to clean Rio’s counterfeit money by walking into stores, buying expensive items with the fake bills then returning them for clean cash. Like all their plans, there are some big obstacles in their path.
In the promo, we see Beth find a cashier who has a mission that checks for counterfeit money. Knowing the NBC drama, that is the least of their troubles for this amateur criminals.
Making matters more complicated is the FBI agent Boomer went to about the trio’s past crimes. An FBI agent who shows up at Beth’s door with his sights set on Rio.

Episode description: With Dean back in the house, and her criminal activities expanding, Beth struggles to keep her new business separate from her home life. When Sadie goes on a trip, Annie’s loneliness leads her to an ill-advised one-night stand. Ruby doubles down on her lies to Stan. FBI Agent Jim Turner follows up on Boomer’s tip about the women.
