Episode description: After an error at the ER, Conrad tells the wrong family their loved one has passed away and he works to heal the wounds he causes. Meanwhile, Nic put her investigative skills to work to figure out what is really going on with her favorite patient’s treatment plan. Mina faces ramification from her bold actions in surgery and Devon connects with a special later in life patient.
