15 Essential Ships of Summer TV 2017
13. Supernatural Summer Ship: Wynonna & Doc, Wynonna Earp

If slinging sarcasm counted as love letters, this ship would have penned a book. But between, and sometimes during, the barbs lives a deep care and commitment for each other.
The obstacles in the way for this couple, mostly consisting of supernatural issues and pride, just propel us more toward their strange and explosive chemistry. Whether Wynonna moves forward with Doc or Dolls, or both, we look forward to seeing this lone wolf jump into a partnership.
14. Back Seat Heat Summer Ship: Nova & Robert, Queen Sugar

The burgeoning ship between Nova and Robert strikes a nuanced balance between intense cerebral connection and sensual passion. When Nova looks at Dr. DuBois, you feel the raw curiosity and discovery that is so delicious in a new relationship.
It is a ship that is mature, but not boring and it is just what we want for Nova as she struggles under the weight of her family’s conflict. We look forward to seeing this ship’s sexy back seat escapades move to the driver’s seat in the second part of the season.
15. Slow Burn Summer Ship: Donna & Harvey, Suits

The writers over at Suits sure know how to create a slow burn so intense that it’s burning your fingers. The wax is gone and it feels like pure contrivance to keep this ship apart at this point.
Donna wanted senior partner, but we suspect that what she really wants is equality in a committed relationship with Harvey. Donna’s heartbreak this season when Harvey is with someone else is our heartbreak. It’s almost too much to bear.
Harvey should fire her, help her get an executive job at another company, and then ask her to marry him. There’s your finale, Suits.
