NBC Announces Programming for the 2017/2018 Season

Blindspot, Chicago Fire, Chicago P.D., News, This is Us, Timeless, Will and Grace

NBC is bringing back some old favorites, exciting new series, and a highly anticipated revival for the 2017/2017 television season.

The network has announced its schedule for the upcoming season, which includes the return of This is Us, The Good Place, Chicago Fire, Blindspot, and The Blacklist, among others.

The canceled and then quickly un-canceled sci-fi series, Timeless, will also be back on the schedule for its second season.

New series this fall will include The Brave, which is described by the network as “a fresh, heart-pounding journey into the complex world of America’s elite undercover military heroes,” as well as Law & Order True Crime: The Menendez Murders.

We’ll also see the return of a beloved comedy series, Will & Grace, which will air on Thursdays this Fall.

Mid-season, we’ll see the premiere of Good Girls, which stars Retta, Mae Whitman, Reno Wilson, Manny Montana, Lidya Jewett, Izzy Stannard, and Matthew Lillard.

A new series from producer Jason Katims (Parenthood, Friday Night Lights) and producer Jeffrey Seller (Hamilton), Rise, will premiere midseason as well. The series stars Josh Radnor (How I Met Your Mother), Rosie Perez, and Auli’i Cravalho.
