Twin Peaks Revival Series Premiere Date Announced

One of the most anticipated shows for 2017 is David Lynch’s TWIN PEAKS revival on Showtime.

At the Showtime Television Critics Association panel, the date for the two-hour premiere was finally confirmed for Sunday, May 21st at 9/8c.

It was also announced at the panel that the series will have 18 episodes, all directed by creator David Lynch. Most of the main cast from the early 90s series is returning for the revival including Kyle MacLachlan’s Agent Dale Cooper.

Also coming back from the original series are Ray Wise, Sherilyn Fenn, Dana Ashbrook among many others.

Joining the series for this go around includes such well-known actors as Michael Cera, Amanda Seyfried, Naomi Watts, and Laura Dern. These are just of a few of the new faces that we will see around Twin Peaks in May.

TWIN PEAKS premieres Sunday, May 21st at 9/8c on SHOWTIME.
