Tell-Tale TV’s Top Moments From Oct 16-22
The Vampire Diaries

The final season premiere of The Vampire Diaries had some pretty great callbacks to the show’s first season, including a super eerie cold-open, Damon re-uttering his very first line of the show, more diary writing, and many Elena shoutouts. Will the show be able to recapture the essence of its early years? Time will tell, but this episode indicates the show is on the right path.
Lethal Weapon

The last scene in Lethal Weapon where Murtaugh finds Riggs on the rooftop and they share a drink and a talk. Riggs with his legs hanging over the ledge, and Roger facing the opposite way, appropriately symbolizing their approach to life.
Blindspot

The week’s episode of Blindspot, “Her Spy’s Mind,” pulled together quite a few different threads, but our favorite was when a CIA agent let it slip that he had been one of Jane’s torturers in the season premiere. Kurt lost it, so although there were no scenes with the couple together this week, we still got to see him defend her in a way that she couldn’t defend herself.
The Big Bang Theory

We finally found out on this week’s episode why Sheldon always has to knock three times on a door. It happens in an endearing scene where he reveals a secret to Penny: he once walked in on his father cheating on his mother. So now he always knocks three times on any door. The first is to let someone know he’s there. The second two are to give people time to get their pants on!
Grey’s Anatomy

Meredith / Alex scenes are some of our favorites these days. On this week’s episode, Alex is the voice of reason when he stops his friend from making a huge mistake and crossing a line with Bailey’s patient.
