FXX Renews ‘You’re The Worst’ For Season 4

Worsties can look forward to another season of questionable life choices from Jimmy, Gretchen, Lindsay and Edgar.

FXX announced Wednesday that You’re The Worst has been renewed for Season 4.

In a press release, series creator Stephen Falk said he was thrilled to have his show in the same network family as FX and FXX’s number of critically acclaimed series, including Fargo, American Crime Story, and The Americans, “and while I am currently deep in Post on Season 3 and so, so tired, you guys, I am overjoyed.”

The comedy debuted on FX in 2014 before moving to FXX for Season 2 and Season 3, which premiered on August 31st and will conclude later this year.

Season 4 will premiere in 2017.

So far, Season 3 has followed Gretchen talking to a therapist about her clinical depression, Jimmy coping (or not coping) with his father’s death, Lindsay trying to find happiness in her marriage now that she’s pregnant, and Edgar going off his PTSD medication.

You’re The Worst airs Wednesdays at 10/9c on FXX.
