Grimm Season 6 Will Be The Show’s Last
The supernatural ride that has been Grimm‘s run on NBC is finally coming to an end.
NBC has announced that Grimm will not be coming back for Season 7. Season 6 is intended to be the show’s last.
A while ago, it was announced that Grimm Season 6 would only consist of 13 episodes compared to the originally planned 22 episodes. This was probably the first sign hinting at the show’s cancellation.

Silas Weir Mitchell, who plays the character Monroe on the show said in a recent interview, “We’ve been talking about that for three years. Like, is this the end? We don’t know.”
Grimm hasn’t exactly been the best show in the ratings department. Season 5 averaged at 5.97 million viewers, with “Bad Night” just shy of 3.4 million viewers.
Still, the show has been much beloved, and its cancellation will come as a shock to many viewers.
David Giuntoli, who plays the lead character ‘Nick’ on the show stated, “It’s a gratitude season, not a funeral season.”
Grimm Season 6 premieres Friday, January 6, 2017 at 8/7c on NBC.
