Nothing official has been confirmed yet from Warner Brothers, but after so many years of waiting, the idea is back on the table. Netflix’s table, to be more specific!

According to TVLine, the streaming site is set to create four 90-minute movies starring Scott Patterson, Lauren Graham, Alexis Bledel, and Kelly Bishop. That’s right, we’ve already got Luke, Lorelai, Rory, and Emily back on the slate.

Keep breathing, coffee lovers, because it actually gets better.

Amy Sherman-Palladino has agreed to return for the project along with her husband, Daniel Palladino.

Some of you might remember feeling a little off about the final season of Gilmore Girls, which most critics attribute to Sherman-Palladino’s exit from the series before its final year. No need to worry about that same funky feeling for the Netflix revival, since Sherman-Palladino appears to be back on board!

Though there are only four original cast members set to return so far, we wouldn’t be surprised if more hop on the bandwagon in the coming weeks. After all, just look at everyone who came out for the reunion panel at ATX Television Festival this summer!

So what do you want to see most? A good ‘ole town meeting? Jess and Rory living happily ever after? Another explosive Friday night dinner? Tell us in comments below!
