Better Call Saul Sneak Peek: Series Premiere

Better Call Saul, Franklin & Bash, News, Previews

I don’t know about you, but I am SO excited for the premiere of Better Call Saul!

The highly-anticipated prequel to Breaking Bad premieres on AMC in less than a month. The series is set 6 years prior to the time period of Breaking Bad and shows the evolution of Saul Goodman before he became the successful, criminal lawyer who worked with Walter White. In fact, in this series, we’ll meet him first as “Jimmy McGill.”

Mike, played by Jonathan Banks, will be there alongside him. Other cast members will include Rhea Seehorn, who recently played Ellen Swatello on Franklin & Bash; Patrick Fabian, who seems to be everywhere these days (but who, coincidentally, also made an appearance on Franklin & Bash); Michael McKean (This is Spinal Tap); and Michael Mando (Orphan Black, The Killing).

While we won’t see Jesse or Walter White in season 1, that’s not to say it won’t eventually happen. In fact, the series has already been greenlit for a second season of 13 episodes.

Better Call Saul will debut on Sunday, February 8 at 10:00/9:00c with its second episode airing the next day, Monday, February 9. The series will then continue to air Mondays at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on AMC.
