A year has passed, and demigod Percy Jackson is looking forward to his second summer at Camp Half-Blood.
Percy Jackson and the Olympians Season 2 premiere sees Percy return to camp with his new cyclops friend, Tyson, and Annabeth after a hasty taxi ride from the Gray Sisters.
He soon learns that Grover is not only missing, but Chiron has taken a sabatacle due to his connections to Kronos, and now Tantalus is running the camp with Mr. D.

The two-episode premiere covers Percy’s days at camp before he embarks on his next great quest into the Sea of Monsters.
From violent charet races to attacks on the camp’s magical forcefield, Percy and Annabeth are forced to fight an enemy from within camp as they devise a plan to track Luke down and stop him from waking Kronos.
Additionally, Annabeth seems to be keeping details about her year away from Camp Half-Blood a secret from Percy that could put a wedge between their blossoming friendship.

Season two of Percy Jackson and the Olympians is based on the second installment of Disney Hyperion’s best-selling book series titled “The Sea of Monsters” by award-winning author Rick Riordan. In the new season, Percy Jackson returns to Camp Half-Blood one year later to find his world turned upside down. His friendship with Annabeth is changing, he learns he has a cyclops for a brother, Grover has gone missing, and camp is under siege from the forces of Kronos. Percy’s journey to set things right will take him off the map and into the deadly Sea of Monsters, where a secret fate awaits the son of Poseidon.

What Happened on the Previous Season?
Previously on Percy Jackson and the Olympians, son of Poseidon, Percy Jackson learns of his godly parentage. He is sent to Camp Half-Blood, a safe oasis for other demigod children. Desperate to find his missing mother and clear his name as the supposed thief of Zeus’ lightning bolt, Percy embarks on a quest to retrieve the stolen bolt.
Annabeth, daughter of Athena, and Grover, a young satyr, join him on the quest across America and the underworld. Together, the trio spend Percy’s first year at camp unveiling the truth behind who stole the lightning bolt and the brewing war between Kronos and the Greek gods.
