30 Summer TV Shows to Watch in 2018
11. Nashville

In only eight episodes, Nashville comes to a screeching halt. Although it hasn’t been your typical final season, it will be interesting to see where the end of the road takes us.
Whatever happens, I’m sure that not every story will have a happy ending and the final song will bring tears to the eyes of all the long-time viewers.
Nashville returns June 7th at 9/8c on CMT.

12. Sense8 finale

Sense8 might not be getting a third season, but our favorite cluster will be back for the highly-anticipated conclusion to the series in a two hour Netflix special.
The special will focus on the cluster’s lives as they push aside their differences one last time to band together for a rescue mission and BPO take-down that will decide the fate of all Sensates.
The promise of unlikely allies and sidekicks alike teaming up is sure to make for an exciting conclusion to a story with so much heart and comradery we can’t help but feel connected to these characters.
The Sense8 special is set to start streaming on Netflix Friday, June 8th.

13. Claws
The women of the Nail Artisan in Manatee County salon are back and ready to take over the world. The only issue is that the Russian mob has taken over the business, but I have a feeling that it won’t be long before Desna puts them in their place. As the Season 2 tagline says, Desna and her girls are “here to slay.”
Claws premieres on Sunday, June 10th at 9/8c on TNT.

Grab the champagne, your sleekest designer dress, and your box of tissues because The Bold Type crew is back for another season of feminist friendship.
Kat and Adena shippers can look forward to checking in with Kat’s decision to prioritize relationship and commitment. The Bold Type is a shipfest, but it also will bring us more stories that we need to see about women making their way forward in workplaces that may not quite be ready for them.
The Bold Type returns to Freeform on June 12th.

16. The Affair

Returning for a fourth season, this Showtime drama will pick up where it left off with Alison, Noah, Helen, and Cole, whose lives were fragmented after the events and revelations of last season.
It looks like each of our main characters is now embarking on new relationships this year, perhaps trying to put the scarring past behind them. Will they succeed, or will their lives intertwine, collide, and crash into each other once more?
The Affair returns on Sunday, June 17th on Showtime.
