7. Rory Gilmore, Gilmore Girls

The writers of this revival tanked Rory before she even started by acting like the final year of character development on the Gilmore Girls didn’t even happen! Every decision she made led to disaster, and we’re not sure what Rory or the viewer was supposed to learn through this scattered journey of mishaps.

8. Barry Allen, The Flash

Barry Allen makes decisions based on his own selfish desires. For a hero, he doesn’t consider the effects his decisions have on others. He’s more concerned with his own happiness than the well-being of those he’s supposed to protect.

No amount of puppy dog eyes or assurances that he did the best he could in the situation he was in is going to erase the fact that Barry is self-centered.

9. Klaus Mikaelson, The Originals

This Original has always had a problem making the best of decisions because his pride and anger get in the way. True, we’re looking ahead to a new Klaus in Season 4, after the death of Cami, but that doesn’t erase all the bull-headed decisions he’s made when high on emotions and his own delusions of grandeur.

Even when he’s making decisions for the greater good of his family, we’re left with a certainty that it would’ve gone better if he wasn’t so prideful and controlling all the time.

10. Jon Snow, Game of Thrones

The problem with the Starks is that they’re too damn honorable. Which shouldn’t be a problem, I know.

But it is when everyone around you is willing to do whatever it takes and you’re just, “I’m Jon Snow and I’ll do the right thing, even if it kills me” that it becomes a problem. Because you know what happens to characters like that?

They die.

11. Rachel Goldberg, Unreal

Rachel’s biggest enemy is herself. She uses instant gratification and various men to hide how much she is hurting inside and how much she wants to forget her horrible past.

Her calculated decisions on UnREAL have led to friends turning against each other, the creation of great television, and the destruction of lives.
