The Season 12 premiere of Supernatural brought Mary Winchester back from the dead. As a great new addition to the show, Mary is seamless brought in to the fold. We’re just excited about all the possibilities for her return, and how it affects the brothers individually, and as a family.

Supergirl returned this week with Superman and Supergirl joining forces for the first time. It was everything we could have ever hoped for. Even when they aren’t suited up, Clark and Kara are a delight, especially when Kara discovers just how many of her friends and coworkers are influenced by Clark’s “sway.” After this episode, we’re going to need more of Clark and Kara working together STAT!

Alex knew it wasn’t a good idea to take credit for it, but he was still able to enjoy the fact that he correctly diagnosed a patient with a rare disease, which will likely save her life. Had he not been stuck working in the clinic, he never would have met her. That win is enough to make him feel okay about things — at least for now.
Modern Family
Jay watches from the doorway as Manny works on his application video, in which Manny spends time talking about growing up with Jay as a step-father, and how much that’s helped him and shaped the person he’s become. It’s such a sweet, endearing moment, and it definitely makes our list.

Also on Blindspot, Nas is laying down the law this week. Zapata shared secret information with a convict, and while it helped them figure out what’s going on with a blackhole photo, Nas isn’t having it: “But if you ever share secret information to a convict without clearance. I’ll have your badge.” That is how you lay down the law like a boss.
